Damaged or Incorrect Items

As natural stones, crystals and handcrafted items are unique, variations in colour, pattern, texture, shape and natural inclusions are expected and are not considered defects.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, used items and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
